As part of Rye Country Day School’s “Partners in Art” Initiative, photography students from its Art Department have teamed up with Furniture Sharehouse for the last several years to brighten the homes of our clients with colorful photo prints. Each year in the spring, participating students select a favorite photo from their personal portfolios that they think our clients would enjoy hanging in their living room, kitchen or bedroom. They then print and frame them, all ready for hanging. The students then deliver the framed photos to the warehouse and help hang several prints and arrange the rest in bins for clients to browse and select one to take home.
